Echoworx opens up access to cloud-based encryption

Monday, February 6, 2012

Atlanta-based Echoworx, a credential management and managed encryption service provider, has opened up its Security Cloud to the industry at large, including MDMs, MEAPs, cloud services and other organization. By plugging into the cloud, they can enable PKI integration across multiple platforms and devices.

Security Cloud provides a plug-and-play approach to credential management, enabling companies the ability to forego in-house PKI management for individual credentials and encryption.

Echoworx has created a developer kit to enable access to Web services and enable users to manage credentials from within their own applications. The company will also have a presence at the RSA Conference, held Feb. 27 through March 2 in San Francisco, to explain how to access Security Cloud services. [end]
